Begin your journey with a personalized discovery call with Katie. This conversation allows us to understand your team’s needs, goals, and the vision you have for your headshots and photos. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and ensure that we’re aligned on how to best represent your team.
Following our discovery call, Katie will craft a custom proposal that outlines the details discussed, including pricing, timeline, and deliverables. Once you review and approve the proposal, we'll move forward with signing the agreement and securing your photoshoot date.
In preparation for the big day, we'll schedule a planning call of up to one hour. This session covers everything from wardrobe choices and location preferences to the overall mood and style of the shoot. We’ll ensure all logistics are in place so that your team feels confident and ready.
On the day of the photoshoot, Katie will create a relaxed and professional environment, making sure your team feels comfortable in front of the camera. Whether it’s individual headshots or dynamic team photos, our goal is to capture each member’s personality and the collective spirit of your team. You’ll have the opportunity to review and choose your preferred images,.
After the photoshoot, Katie will carefully edit and curate the best images. Once finalized, the high-resolution images will be delivered to you, ready to be used across all your marketing channels.

PRICING INFORMATION

On-Location Headshots for Teams & Large Groups

Company headshots can take place on-location at your office or another location of your choice.
Each headshot session includes:

⟡One-look headshot session per team member (5-10 minutes)
⟡ Coaching for facial expressions
⟡ 3-5 poses/expressions
⟡ Instant Viewing & Selection of images on-site
⟡ One professionally edited, high resolution image per team member
⟡ Private online gallery for delivery sent to team organizer
Group sessions are billed per-person with the price going down in tiers.
5 people and under $995
6-10 people at $190 per employee
11-20 people at $175 per employee
(Over 20 please inquire for custom quote)
*$200 on location session fee required to book

Team photos are available as an add-on, priced at the same rate as an additional headshot within your chosen tier.

Retouching includes smoothing skin tones, removing temporary blemishes, whitening teeth, and enhancing eyes to ensure a polished, natural look. We also adjust colors for accuracy, minimize stray hairs, clean up distracting background elements, and subtly enhance lighting and shadows on the face.
