  • Following our discovery call, Katie will craft a custom proposal that outlines the details discussed, including pricing, timeline, and deliverables. Once you review and approve the proposal, we'll move forward with signing the agreement and securing your photoshoot date.

  • Collaborate on the details, including booth setup, backdrop options, and any branding or props you want to include.

  • Enjoy a seamless experience as we set up the headshot booth at your event. Our team will guide participants through the process, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident. Attendees choose their favorite headshots on-site.

  • We'll complete the selected retouching and deliver the final images, ensuring each participant has a stunning headshot to enhance their professional brand.

    • One-look headshot session per team member

    • Coaching for facial expressions

    • Attendees will choose one headshot on site

    • One professionally edited, high-resolution image per team member (includes retouching of removing stray hairs, facial shine, blemishes and softening dark circles under eyes)

    • Private online gallery for delivery sent to team organizer 

  • You can select between a half-day (up to 4 hours) or a full-day (4-8 hours) for headshot booth services. Typically, each headshot station can serve around 15 people each hour.
